Eligibility to Use

• You are legally authorized to make reservations and purchases either for yourself or on behalf of another person for whom you are authorized to act.

This website may only be used for legitimate reservations, enquiries, and purchases. Users must not:

• Make speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations.
• Create reservations in anticipation of demand.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

The website is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial use is strictly prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained from the resort.

You further agree not to:

• Send chain letters, junk mail, spam, or unsolicited communications through or relating to this website.

Resort Policies

• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Identification Requirements

• Indian citizens must present a valid government-issued photo ID along with proof of address at the time of check-in.
• Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.

General Policies

• Pets are not permitted within the resort premises.
• All rooms are strictly non-smoking.
• Visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms or resort premises without prior approval.
• Photography and photo shoots are allowed only with prior approval and applicable charges.
• Loud music is not permitted in public areas of the resort.
• Alcohol consumption is prohibited in public areas.
• Guests are requested to help maintain the peaceful environment of the surrounding area.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• In the event of a no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the resort reserves the right to charge retention fees for the entire stay.
• 100% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
• 50% refund if cancelled between 7 days and 2 days before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made within 2 days of check-in.
• Any applicable online payment gateway fees, bank transaction charges, or processing fees will be deducted from eligible refunds.

Child Policy

• Up to two children below 5 years of age may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with their parents.
• A maximum of one extra bed can be provided per room, subject to additional charges.
• Children aged 6–12 years will be charged according to the applicable child rate.
• Children above 12 years of age will be considered adults and charged accordingly.
